Conditions of Sale

Each purchase is governed by the following general conditions.

AFRadiatorKart.com shall have no liability in the event of delayed deliveries, the terms of which shall be deemed purely informational. The purchaser shall have no claims for damages dependent on late delivery.

Shipments of items are entrusted to couriers independent of AFRadiatorKart.com depending on the type of the item and the destination of the product. Ordered products are delivered to the address indicated when ordering. Shipments will take place after receiving confirmation of payments. For the Bank Transfer shall be credited to our bank account, for payment by credit card shall be the confirmation of transaction by the circuit.

Orders that will be considered accepted only if you receive email confirmation from us that the entire order process has been completed smoothly, that payment has been authorized, and that the products are available. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us.

The order fulfillment time is usually between 1 and 3 working days. There is generally 1 to 3 days between the day the products are shipped and the day they arrive to the customer We guarantee that the products are free from defects and faults. Should you find a defect in the products, you must report it as soon as possible, but within eight days.
